Nah, I've got storage heaters and they need 24 hours notice. Guaranteed 24 hours after I turn them on or off.....

I know it's mad - bought the girls loads of lovely stuff from Vertbaudet - they have hardly worn it so far this summer!

..LOL would 'probably' like another, but Ed is very much NOT so keen! We have had these two so close together it's a real handful at times in this house also after being preggars for about 3 years altogether after a miscarriage the first time I am finally getting back to the real me and lost a stone since end of May and doing 5-6 miles a day on the stepper. I feel like I would have to go through it all again - don't know if I could!:scared: ...would have loved a little boy though!

How do you feel in this weather? We went into Bath today and were going to take the kids to Vicky park for the afternoon - had to go shopping instead.

Anyway definately going for a canal bike ride tommorrow rain or shine we are going to try out one of those bike trailers!

Max:)

Its 10.30pm and mines on full blast!
Its rediculous this time of year, so cold!! brrrr

Chris Bailey Jul 9th 2004 9:35 am

Hi all,

Yep I have to agree, it is god damned cold her in York at the minute, no sun, just wet and windy and grey.

Our heating has been on for 2 days now, still cold

I personally am glad in one way as the weather in Tasmania is pretty cold too, so at least I wont be going from the warmth to the cold in 15 days time. Should feel right at home really. In fact it will probably be slightly warmer but with better views...........

Where has the summer gone?

Christine

Heard on the weather this evening that yesterday was one of the coldest July days on record - what happened to last years summer (the one I wasn't here for!), can almost guarantee it'll be hot next summer (when I'm not here again!) :)

I would love to have my heating on but it's not working. I'm still waiting for the heating engineer to fix it. That's my husband by the way. He fixes other peoples all day but I'm still waiting.

Rain on your wedding day is meant to be good luck..or that's what they told me;)

have been to quite a few wet weddings over the years - a couple in peoples gardens - they were better than the hot weddings for some reason they are the ones that I rememeber as being a blast:)
