Has anyone moved jobs on a 457?
We are currently in Mackay QLD on a 457 and the housing situation is a nightmare and to be honest we don't really like it here, we are looking to move down the coast a bit around Brisbane as we know we like it down there. I have found out from immigration that it can be done as you get a bridging visa till the next 457 is granted,has anyone else done this or does anyone have any advice.

Rachael, sorry to hear you don't like it here in Mackay, yes the housing situation is awful, the house prices have rocketed and renting is horrendous. How long have you been here though? When we moved here we seemed a little disappointed but now things are looking up and we are going to make Mackay our home. Give it time...................
