Gutted!!!!!!
Just our frickin' luck, on the expected day of exchange, the buyers, buyer in our house chain has a massive heart attack!!!!!.
and pulled out of the chain causing the mother of all collapses.

Why on earth couldn't he have stretched it out another day and we would have been home dry, some people just ain't got no sense of timing!!!!!!.
Oh well back to square one
