That's the whole idea take a look at this picture!

As Renth says, it pretty unlikely that you'll get eaten by a shark, the only place i've ever heard of anyone being eaten in Perth is Cottlesloe, that's the main tourist beach. I don't sail there!

But you do get to sail with dolphins sometimes!
