Hi Irene,
I have worked long term for 2 agencies - the first closed down in 1994 after I had been with them for 3 years so where I could get proof of working for them is anyones guess:, the second has been taken over by another company, and lo and behold they cant find my original file!! Thats 6 years down the pan! A hospital i worked at also closed down and personnel who took over their staff cant find my file for then. My only hope is that the wards I was on long term placement with still have offduty for the periods I was with them, but I think I am doomed as that was over 8 years ago!
anyone got a magic wand I could borrow?
