Pretty bloody cool this. Google Maps (and remember Australia has full StreetView) and local real estate mash-up...

Nice! I like it a lot....
But I'd like it a lot better if the listings were up to date
Clearly, their data feed is a few months old, so they need to sort that out quicksmart if it's going to be of any use.
Just searched my area, been in this place a few months already, and I see it advertised as available.

It is interesting but severely lacking for serious use.
On checking my area, it shows just one house for sale on one of the roads, and I know there are at least three for sale on that road.
There seem to be a lot in my area for one agent that I hadn't really even noticed before.
Maybe when all Agents are listed, it will become really useful.

And having just got back from the shops, I noticed that the one that is listed, is no longer up for sale, and there are three others that are for sale, as I thought.

Seems to be from a few lesser known data feeds, they're not using realestate.com.au or domain, which are the 2 more reliable ones.
Until they use a more reliable data feed, it's not going to be useful at all.

That is soo much, I dont think the places here are selling, the lady next door with the bully cat has had hers on the market since before Christmas and its not sold, also about 1.3. Maybe these North Sydney folks are too greedy
