Question Good schools

Just wanted to know if anyone can recommend good schools, public or private, primary and high in any of the following areas:

Engadine, Illawong, Menai, Bangor, Sutherland, Beverly Hills, Penshurst, Brighton Beach, Woolooware, Gymea Bay, Oatley and the Harrington Park area. I know they cover a wide area but I really have no idea where to start looking for good schools.
Any help or advice would be appreciated

Thanks

Sarah & Mark

Hi Guys
We're in Perth, but have really good freinds in Illawong and they LOVE the local school there.
We have stayed with them and visited the school and the kids all looked happy.

Good luck.
Neil.

have you been in touch with the redlo(defence education) they should be able to tell you if any schools in your posting area have a defence transition assistant/mentor.this is a person whose job it is to help defence kids posting in to new school . we found the redlo for sydney and s nsw really helpful especially as our youngest was on special needs register in uk school. if you can, go & look at schools b4 you accept housing as if choosing state school they have zoned catchment areas. get OH to talk to adf colleagues & not just recent uk transferees . do you know how long ohs post will be? how old r your kids?

Hi cornishoz. Thanks for your reply. I'll look into it tomorrow as I am off to bed now.
