Well thank you kind sir.

Yup, have been to sth. Oz and it was scary in places. But it was exactly this feeling of emptiness that attracted my husband, not that one has to live in the middle of it, but that it's there, that one can drive for an hour and see NO houses, two cars and just empty space. And the beaches were bril - miles and miles of white sand and the wonderful light one rarely gets here - and don't start on the beach thing again, please Dotty.

I just get so tired of this attitude, that we're all dumb f###s who know nothing about anything.

Yes most people cluster in certain areas for very specific reasons, but one hour's drive out of e.g. Adelaide and you have bigger, emptier spaces than you'll ever find here in Europe - to some extent scarily empty spaces. Hubby loves it, I like people within the next 10 kilometres.
Having read most of the posts on here yes you dreamers are dumb? been Adelaide once , it was the longest 2 weeks in my life , good luck.

What about all of you what cheers you up ????

A two-day summer? That sounds about right

Wind will knock off 5-10c of that in Perth, temps are not out on the coast, and you still are a prat?

PS not yet the coldest or wetest month try August , winter only just here.
