I dont think so at all. Taxes have been raised 4 times when he promised that they wouldnt. Easy to run a state that is overtaxed to the hill. They are still sitting on the billion surplus each year.

Stamp duties on houses and cars, there are others. Gallop actually apologised 1 week from the last election for raising taxes when he said he wont. Was he sorry or wanted to get re-elected
