Hi Claire. All good this way. I've just got a reply from a Migration Agent based on the GC TAFE who is going to be helping me with me Student Visa and stuff. So far no agent really wants to know when you mention those dreaded words 'Student Visa' so I'm feelin good to have found someone

House goes on the market soon and if it moves, we go! Hopefully gonna go out to the GC some time this year to 'double check', well 'single check' really ...lol, but just want to make sure we're doing the right thing ?!

Actually Claire, I'm pretty shite at the moment. Had a set-back in our plans, not sure where it leaves us at the moment - we need clarification from our agents. Anyway, there we are off in less than 4 weeks to reccie a place we may not even get to. I'm beyond devastation - don't want to go into details - too upset. Will let you know more when we know ourselves.

That's horrid, I know the feeling! same as when the TRA letter arrived on our doorstep with the dreaded 'NO' ....... not good enough! We call that day 'black Thursday' in our house as it tore us all apart big time, and completely messed up all our plans!

As they say, where there's a will, there's a way! ........ but gonna cost us £50k odd to get to Oz now which woulda been good money to put down on a house, but what can ya do!

Hope things work out for ya
