have you still got rentals there or are you living in it now?

Spending the summer down here (school holidays - thought it better for daughter than being stuck in the city - especially with 8 month pregnant wife), also sorting out various legal and planning issues with our subdivision (up to draft 192 so far :()

After a few weeks already I don't want too go back:D I'm too chilled:)

Poor you, we're 2 minutes from the Indian ocean, we had just over 40ºC's on Xmas Day and 44.2ºC's on Boxing Day. Even with the sea breeze it was very uncomfortable, no, unbearable at times.

If we were starting over, I'd definitely choose Victoria.
