Default Getting a used tent through AQIS?

How likely is it that the tent will get binned because it has a couple of blades of dried grass in it?

Obviously we can clean it as much as we can, but I don't think I can realistically get it sterile.

Probably charge you a couple of hundred bucks to clean and fumigate it. We got a 9 man tent at Christmas for about $350 - depends what your tent is worth, might be better to get rid of it at a garage sale and buy a new one when you get here. Our lawnmower cost us $150 to have cleaned and fumigated I think.

We have never had to have anything cleaned before, it depends on who you get dealing with your stuff which is ridiculous.

Brought in all manner of outdoor equipment. Bikes, tent, golf clubs, etc. Not a problem. Brought in ski boots 15 years ago and they got cleaned. As long as there's no visible dirt you should be fine
