I really wouldn't bother wasting your time/money.
Unless you have something quite specific and ongoing, then the Doctors here couldn't be less interested in your previous records. They much prefer to do their own evaluation and analysis, based upon what they can see there and then.
I've been to the Doctors a coupld of times, and she hasn't even asked for my previous history - just interested in what's going on now.
That's my take on it anyway...
