Temperatures plunge below 3C across Melbourne this morning
MELBOURNE has shivered through its coldest April morning in over 50 years, with temperatures dropping below freezing in some suburbs. Melbourne recorded a low of 2.9C just before 7am, the equal lowest April minimum temperature since 1957, while a number of suburbs had temperatures of between 0C and 2C. ........ Melbourne set another record yesterday when it recorded four days in a row below 15C for the first time since 1949. In the Uk the warm water routine was often daily. |
