Future Nursing in Queensland (Lutwyche)

Future Nursing in Queensland (Lutwyche)
At long last I have been granted a 1 year RRV so I must enter Australia before 18/06/2015.
I have gained a successful job offer in and around the Lutwyche area north of Brisbane commencing early January 2015.
My youngest Daughter will be nearly 17 (27/01/1998) when we arrive and have expressed her desire to be a nurse.
So my question is..............
If or when I find a High School in the Lutwyche area who will convert my daughters UK exam results in to an Australian equivalent at what point would she enter Australian education?
Year 11...12...13?
What pathway of subjects would she need to follow in her final 2 years at high school before she could apply to the School of Nursing at the University of Queensland to start training without gaining a Graduate entry.
Any information and help would be great.
