Furnished apartments
Hello!
I'm looking at 1 bedroom apartments in Sydney - I'll be over for at least 12 months, but the majority of them appear to come unfurnished - or they don't implicitly state that they do come furnished.
I was wondering if this was the norm for Sydney??? Or am I just not looking on the right sites?
Note: I'm not looking for a serviced apartment. I'd just like a flat with furniture.
Thanks in advance

Re: Furnished apartments
Furnished apartments are rare and more expensive.
There are quite a few places that rent furniture though, so you could get unfurnished place and then rent the furniture.

Re: Furnished apartments
You may need to look into holiday lets.
One website that provides a range of fully furnished and furnished accommodation is www.RentalsInOz.com.
You could also try the Sydney Gumtree website at http://sydney.gumtree.com.au/
Good luck, and let us know how you go.
