Slightly off the company names thing, but amusingly summing up the Oz attitude, the Mirror reported a couple of week ago on a sign outside a Sydney womens only gym reading 'Fat and Ugly, why not just be fat.'

Does anyone living in the Leeds area remember a company who used to be on the first floor of the Grand Arcade called 'Godfrey and Twatt'. Have these people never heard of D-Pol

Going off the company names to people's names

I used to have a client called Mr Smellie and while working at the same company I regularly spoke to a Gay Manuel.

While in Austria we saw biscuits called Dickumms childish but funny and a sign on a walk along a gorge that said

" All people's should avoid caressing along the path it gets very wet"

I took a photo but not uploaded it yet, I have seen menu's with Backed Beens and Fried legs in Tenerife.

Oh my list could go on

Years ago - during an ill-fated period when I tried to be a salesman (welding equipment) - I made a call on an irrigation specialist whose name was Forrest Sherwood.

My bro in law worked for a steel company. He had a contact in Sweden called Gunnar Schitt

Can you imagine introducing yourself with a name like that?
