Free calls to UK landlines (sort of)
Check out Voipcheap, who are currently offering free calls to UK landlines
OK,
1. you need to use your PC to make the call.
2. you will be limited to a 1 minute call (unless you put 1 pound into your account,)
but if you do place the princely sum of 1 squid into your account, you can make unlimited free calls to UK landlines.
I suspect this is a beta test, and so may not last
For all you Voip gurus, this service seems to run on a proprietry protocol, and so cannot be used via an ATA or Asterisk box (mores the pity)
