Forwarding mail
#1
Does anyone have experience with the mail forwarding offered by Travellers Contact Point? They're Sydney based but forward mail on if you can't collect it.

I've the option of forwarding to my daughter who's staying behind as she's at uni, but i'm a bit concerned about the security of a shared student house, although they are great kids she's sharing with.
What do others do until they get an address?

Maybe just a little bit late in posting this but I've been using Mail4ward for the last couple of months and they're doing pretty well.
I've been all over Oz, NZ, Thailand and even back home and my mail always arrived on time. Pretty sure they're the cheapest too, I only pay $8 a month for a basic mail forwarding service but they have a platinum service too.
I haven't tried any other mail forwarding companies yet but they did seem the best at the time.
Hope this helps anybody else in the predicaments mentioned above!

do you want a secure Oz address for your daughter that's staying in Oz (not sure if I am getting this right)? then why not get a PO Box? you get 6 months of (pretty efficient) mail forwarding from your old address thrown in, and it's very secure. She can call by to check whenever she wants (if PO isn't in a mall, in which case late nights/early mornings are out).
Downside: won't accept FedEx/UPS/DHL deliveries.
