Hi,

We're in the middle of completing 47SK and on looking at the check list saw that this asked for a Form 80 to be completed (Characted Assessment). Is this required in all cases?

It isn't necessarily required in all cases but for the sake of 10 minutes of your life at this stage, it's easier to do it than cause a couple of weeks delay if / when they request it at a later stage
