WendyC is a bit shy, so I'm asking this on her behalf.

Is Flora margarine available in Oz?

Yes it is.

But it is made by Unilever (an Anglo-Dutch multinational with a bad ethics record) so I refuse to buy it and have no idea how much it costs.

For an overview of Australia's most commonly used brands, click here.

It's partly tongue in cheek, so don't take it too seriously. But the stats are correct.

LURPAK is distributed at a number of overseas markets in the far east such as Pakistan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philipines, Indonesia and lately also China. Many of these markets have been serviced by LURPAK for a number of years. At markets like Singapore and Hong Kong LURPAK has a very high marketshare.

LURPAK can also be found at big milk producing markets such as Australia and New Zealand.

Yeah, but some people use "I can't believe it's not butter" and actually can't believe that it's not butter. Which I find hard to believe.

How did they come up with such a naff name in the first place? Don't tell me they actually found someone who can't believe it's not butter?

I had some cheap marg the other day (by accident) and I couldn't believe it wasn't "I can't believe it's not butter."

I'm very fussy you know
