Smile FLIGHTS-One Way or Return??

Debating whether to just book one way or return tickets at the moment. There's advantages and disadvantages for both options. Any thoughts? What did you do? C x

We did one way because we had no intention of flying back inside a year. If you know you are going to have to fly back to visit in the next year then get returns.

One way. It means you have to make it work and you don't have an easy "get-out".

It means you don't get the 40kg, but we don't actually need the 40kg so that doesn't swing it for us

If you go via the USA you get 46kg each no matter whether you are one-way or return, any visa.

We are booking one way, cause its to easy to jump on that plane if you feel homesick, (just like we did);

Hello - you're only up the road from me ! - when/where you going ?

Anyway we're booking one way as i've no intention of returning but i have looked up both options - there seemed to be little in it cost wise depending on which carrier is used.

Would i get 40kg for rhys as well as me? he has so much stuff to take with him i am getting worried....the rest of our stuff i am having shipped out later because of our circumstances i want to make sure i want to stay first iyswim?
I was fully intending getting one way tickets though not return for the extra allowance but if rhys doesnt get the 40kg too then may get a open return...

If you plan to fail you may well achieve that target.
