Flights booked!
Flying from Heathrow to Perth, via a few nights in Singapore, 14th April. OMG it's actually happening:eek: . When does it sink in?? It all seems completely unreal.

It didnt really sink in until i was on the plane flying over India ! The last couple of weeks were spent in a drunken haze saying goodbye to friends & family ! Good luck, enjoy your stay in Singapore & your new life in Oz. Nicky :beer: |

we're also waiting for the house to sell so that we can go. Seems there are a few of us in the same boat. Is anyone else really frustrated by it. All through the application process you feel like you're on a rollercoaster and I thought this would finish once the visa was granted. It still feels so far away!

Cheers all. We sold our house in November and have been renting since, from a very nice landlady who didn't need us to sign a 6 month contract:D We have been very lucky. Just can't wait to go now. Going to look at a venue for our leaving party tonight.

It really feels real doesnt it with the flights booked. It's madness really. You sit twiddling your thumbs, getting on with day to day things, while waiting for the visa and then all of a sudden it's into panic mode. So much to do, so little time!! But really exciting too!! Nicky xx |
