My G&T has flat T, can't recomend it!
Never mind, cos I GOT IT!
Better half phoned up NZIS today to ask what was going on and nice man on other end of phone said "Oh, I approved that yesterday, letter is in the post"
I guess the serious shit starts here. (sorry - more G than T
in that last one - hic!)
P.S. thanks to everyone who has helped me out answering my stoopid Qs. I'm sure I've got some more to ask.

I was a bit surprised. Thought I was going to have to wait at least another 6 weeks.
My application is under the Family Category - My lovely wife is from NZ.
As for where in NZ. Wife's family is in Christchurch but most of the jobs I'm interested in are in Auckland.
I think we initally go to CHCH and squat with the out-laws whilst job hunting, hopefully find something in CHCH but more likely end up in AUK.
