Default First paperwork gone

Hi everyone,
Well that's it we are actually now in the process of emigrating to Oz. After months of going backwards more than forwards we have finally sent the first lot of paperwork to our agent. Hooray!
We have decided to take the chance of putting house on the market now (we will live with A's mother when we sell) just in case things are a bit slow. Had 3 excellent
valuations. House worth between 140 and 150k. Not bad when you consider we only paid 64k for it 18 months ago. Mortgage only 58k too so will have a fair bit left after paying bond. Good luck to everyone whatever stage you are at.
Hugs
Sarah

And now you can sit back for a couple of months.....
After hearing the Bank of England boss on the radio the other week, I would say you are wise to put the house up now. We have and we're bloody aaaaages away from getting a visa (probly)

Hi Bordy, we are trying for Queensland, not exactly sure where yet. Hopefully within an hour/hour and a half of brisbane.
