First hurdle in my obstacle race - crossed
OK - We have managed to cross the first hurdle in my obstacle race to get my visa 
.
We managed to put our application together (thanks to all who answered my questions) and finally sent it off yesterday. Applied under sub class 139 - Skilled Designated Area Sponsored. Many more hurdles to cross, but hopefully your goodwishes and karma will do the trick
I hope they don't return the application for any reason :scared: :scared: .
Do DIMIA return the application back if something is missing? (In our case our IELTS results are outdated)
Anyway pleeeease wish me luck !

but...
from my understanding, if your Application doesnt weigh in, they discard it, i really hope thats incorrect but an agent who frequents this forum told us, . every I and cross every T cos if you dont, DIMIA take a dim view, especially when they are busy

Karma being SentI'll know when the draft/cheque for fees is cleared that they don't intend returning the application - but process it and may be ask for more information.
Unless ofcourse the fees are taken and they then return the application
