Oh uck it!!!
the courts have ucked up n we have no judge so ave to travel hundreds of miles round trip for hearing, tossers:mad: now opposition say they need more time and they are not prepared to travel that far so have got another hearing, over hundred mile round trip, before the final hearing, to bash out their application to have the final hearing defered!!! tossers:eek: good god its a ucking nightmare, and of course it will cost us hundreds more pounds, at this rate we will be brassic by the time we get to OZ. arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,tosssssssssssssssssssssers,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,bankers,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,bar stewards,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,numpty tw**s,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ooooo that feels a bit better. |

Just a quick update
We will have the final hearing tomorrow my ex's solicitor was practically laughed out of court when he told the judge his reason for deferring the case was his client did'nt want to travel so far and that she could not afford the cost anyhow. He was promptly told to cough up the cash out of his offices petty cash and claim it back :rofl: Anyway thanks for all the good thoughts :thumbsup: Edie and Eve |
