We've got no money because everything is being saved for emigrating to Oz.
It is cold.
Kevin is spending ages getting home every night.
And we've got more than a year to wait before we go.
We are still waiting to hear from the agent that the Skills Assessment has gone off to the TRA.
Is it just us, or does everyone get fed just waiting when you have made your mind up to emigrate?
It makes it worse when my Aunt in Adelaide keeps emailing, telling us of all the Barbies and the hot weather!
Who feels the same?

In 6 months time it will be a lot warmer here than in Adelaide.
Then you can email your aunt and tell her about your BBQs
Good luck anyway.

Thanks for all of your comments.
At least we know that we are not the only ones to feel like this.

Why not get all the UK tourist brochures visit all the web sits and pretend to be a tourist in your own land?
Pick the eyes out of all the things you can afford to go to so you won't regret failing to do so when you alight in Adelaide.

Oh Kelly Try not to worry as you know that you have an end in sight.
I had to pine away and nag my hubby for 15 years before he decided he was ready to live in Aus( Im from Aus originally)
He got his visa last April and we are still waiting to go (house selling).
Just hang on in there.... you,ll be fine
booboo
Still waiting to get back there

This is my first time on this site, but it is a relieve to read of your position,we are in the very early stages of emigrating, but are already beginning to save,it is very hard. But worthwhile for a better future.Goodluck.
