Default Family Assistance/ Tax Credit/family Allowance

It May Be A Strange Question But With 4 Young Kids It Is An Important Part Of Our Income Here In The Uk.
Do You Get Any Sort Of Tax Credits, Family Allowance, Family Assistance Over In Australia?
My Husband Works But I Don't As 3 Of My Kids Are Not At School Yet So Can't Work!
I Don't Have Anything Against Working, Infact Can Not Wait To Be Able To Get Out Of The House And Get A Little Job!!
If Any Mums Out There Can Advice Me,
We Are In The Process Of 'thinking About Moving' And Are Just Trying To Get Some Queries Answered First!!
Thanks Claire

You can get family assistance here. It's in two parts A and B with one part being means tested. No idea how much you'd get as I'm still waiting to hear about mine after 9 weeks ! You can also claim a rent rebate and help with childcare. Just as long as you are on a PR visa

Thanks Claire

Check the web site http://www.familyassist.gov.au/Inter...nline_services

Use this to estimate how much you might get for your family assistance payments

Hope this helps
