I think your right.

I can see someone being sent off in this game!

Getting a bit heated now.

I tried that earlier, that coolstreaming app someone mentioned. I've installed it, and I can't get it to show any channels. I've got the firewall and everything turned off (hello hackers!!), and it still won't work.

I'm just watching SBS, I've just realised I like the Sky coverage (which is the SBS feed).

ManU are looking dangerous at the mo, hopefully it will pass,

I've got tons of those AA batteries here, you should have said earlier

Oh right, understand the question now

I have a tv in the computer room. So I can type this, and watch.

Actually where we live the tv reception is really bad, so I wouldn't even think about getting a tv card for the pc. If foxtel ever comeout with a way to feed their cable broadcasts into the pc I'd think about it.

Our analouge reception is really bad as well, thats why I tried the settop box, desperation, best thing I ever did from a tv point of view, settop boxes either receive 100 pct crystal clear, or not at all, they are down to less than 100 bucks now, try it

I've got two of the damn things, one here, and one on my main tv.

Arsenal are going to win this, Man utd, have wasted too much

I used to go go to Fratton Park and watch all the games years ago. This is when the 1st Division was the highest and believe it or not Pompey were in it!

Only about £7 a game then, takes the p1ss how much you have to pay now.

I can imagine lots of frantic googling going on now about portsmouth

Without refering to Google, I do seem to remember them in the top flite in the eighties, but it wasn't for long!

How right you are:

Under Alan Ball's management, Pompey narrowly missed winning promotion to the First Division twice before finally succeeding in 1986/87. Unfortunately, by the middle of the 1987/88 season the club was again in grave financial trouble, and Pompey were relegated straight back to the Second Division. The summer of 1988 saw Deacon sell the club to London based businessman Jim Gregory.

Jim Smith's arrival as manager at the start of the 1991/92 season, combined with the emergence of some good young players, sparked a revival in the team's fortunes and that year Pompey reached the semi-finals of the FA Cup, losing on penalties to Liverpool F.C. after a replay. The following season, Pompey missed out on promotion to the FA Premier League only by virtue of having scored one less goal than West Ham United F.C.
