Expat Mortgages in the UK??
We've been in Oz for 19 months now and kept our UK property as an investment. We're now coming up to a time when we will look at changing our mortgage and hubby said someone in work mentioned to him about Expat Mortgages and that the rates were really low?
Anyone got any info on this please?

We are just in the process of remortgaging our UK house on a buy to let mortgage with The Mortgage Works. 5.29% fixed for 2 years.
Being an expat does limit your choices, best to use a mortgage broker.
