Default Exchanged Contracts

We have exchanged contracts today, almost the final piece in the jigsaw puzzle!!

For thosa starting out getting the VISA is probably the easy bit, even though we had a lot of luck selling house car etc.

Hopefully the rest of you waiting to sell etc will get a result ASAP!!

For us some good byes and packing to do!!
Good Luck

Phew, I bet that was a relief

I agree with you about the visa being the easy bit, it gets worse after that especially when you are on the goodbye stage
Good luck.

Heyyyyyyy !!

Well done and I totally agree ! The most stressful bit of the whole thing was selling the house......oh and being apart from the family !!

Really pleased for you and hope you have a good trip.

For all those still waiting, I know its frustrating but it will happen eventually.

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!

Totally agree, the visa was the easiest bit only 9 weeks, but the house a total disaster!

Should be moving to Melbourne in November, but instead we are validating the visas. Going to Perth for a hol.

Things come to those who wait and wait and wait.

Good luck on the move and enjoy Perth.
