Yeah I'm of to Perth in april 08 , and i can't wait.
Funny thing is my parents/brother/cousins are already planning to come out at Xmas for a holiday, and i'm not even there yet.
Guess this comes with the territory

I've heard it said, on more than one occassion now, that local Aussies are not that keen on the Poms invading Perth at the rate they are. They say... You can hardly hear an Aussie accent these days, but worse than that, "the Poms have driven up the housing market and made the houses more unaffordable because of the money they're bringing over". Apparently, there is some truth in this.
