Has anyone flown Eva Air before? They have a great special in their Evergreen Class (between business & economy) Sydney to London & wondered if anyone had used them before & had any feedback or comments?

Never heard of them but if they're cheap enough I would fly in the hold!!
Got any prices? And do they fly to Perth?

Thanx for the feedback Polly, seems that most think that the Evergreen is great value.
Walla, no flights from/to Perth, the special Im looking at is only from Sydney so we will have to organise internal flights to Sydney, but its certainly cheap.
Depart Sydney between
24 Jun - 15 Aug Economy - $1749 Evergreen Deluxe -$2049
16 Aug - 20 Nov Economy - $1549 Evergreen Deluxe - $1849
+ taxes
For us (2 adults+2 kids), beginning to middle of Sept departure, including taxes & internal flights it will set us back around $7800 for the upgraded Evergreen Deluxe Class.
Compared with cattle class with Qantas ($8500) & Sing ($9400).

You will fly from Sydney to Taipei then through to any one of the following cities.
Amsterdam-Paris-London-Vienna*.
Choose whether you want to fly in Economy Class all the way or treat yourself and fly in Evergreen Deluxe class from Taipei to Europe.
Evergreen Deluxe Class is a class in between economy and business.
* Evergreen Deluxe is not available on flights to Vienna.
The maximum stay on these tickets is 6 months.
Featured prices are for flights from Sydney only.

I have flown with them a few time and even a member of ther frequent flier club. I work in the Far East but am based in London so do tons of lying and have used most airlines.
Anyway, they are very good! Esp. the class that you say. English is second language with announcemnts etc. and food is based on their style but really, I would have no problems recommending them.

Let us know what you think of them when you go. We looked into the in-between economy and business when Hubby flew back and could only find BA that did one - World Traveller Plus.

They dont have 1st class the class' are
Economy
Premium Economy it used to be called mid class and they have done it for as long as I can remember (same servise as economy but you get a welcome drink on boarding and a bigger seat/leg pitch)
Upper class (business class)
They dont yet fly all the way to Australia but will do form Dec 6th this year.
they do fly to Hong Kong or Tokyo at the Mo if you can get a connecting flight.

My parents used to live in Taiwan and used Eva a lot.
My mother swears by them and says the Economy Delux
class is worth the extra money.
Personally I haven't used them.
