Estate in Featherbrook, Point Cook, how is it?

Estate in Featherbrook, Point Cook, how is it?
I am currently living in Singapore but interested in buying property in Melbourne. Yesterday I attended a session on Melbourne property which is sold by an australian real estate company here.
They are selling House and Land package in Point Cook. So i would like some opinions on the suburb and the price I am getting. The piece of land is on broadwalk bvd, and its 1.5 KM to Point Cook Town Center.
The area of the Land is approx: 4000+ sq. ft. and we can choose to build 4 bedroom house with essential fittings and fixtures around 444 K(including land).
As I won't be going personlly to look at the land any suggestion and feedback will be highly appreciated.
