Would anybody be able to help me in the right direction for employers who might be able to sponsor an overseas person in the catering trade? I want to go to Melbourne if possible. Anybody managed to do this recently? Is it a case of just applying for different jobs which are advertised? Dont know where to start really.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

I think you will find it very difficult to move to Australia - especially in light of the recent changes in immigration policy. Do a search on here to find out more.

Sorry.
