Vanessa is an unknown quantity at this point
Default ENS (Subclass 121/856) Visa

After careful consideration and re-thinking our position OH and I have decided to go for our PR earlier than we planned.

He is over 45 so we will have to go for the exemption to age criteria.

Has anyone else gone down this route and if so how long did it take? Also do we have to go off shore to get the visa validated once issued?

Many thanks, Vanessa.

Hi Vanessa.

NickyP has ENS which took 9 months including skills assessment.

Did an RSMS 857 myself and did not have to go offshore for visa grant. Pretty sure the ENS is the same.

If you want an example of age justification PM me your email address.
