Default Emirates Advert in Joondalup

I was in Joondalup yesterday and there was this big moving billboard advertising Emirates, it read:

"Homesick? - Emirates flies to the UK 77 times a day"

I guess they figure Joondalup is full of homesick Poms, they're probably right.

Seems an awful lot of people going to the UK every day, 77 plane loads.

I just had a look at their website; seems they leave most Australian cities once a day, 7 days a week. So 77 seems a bit high
Only thing I can think of that makes sense is perhaps they arrive in the UK 77 times a week from all countries?? 11 times a day seems feasible.

I think it must have been 77 a week, not a day....

Someone at Emirates has been doing their market research!

Very amusing.
