Lightbulb Emigration to Australia

Hi,
I'm a single, 31 year old female, ex-sales & marketing director looking to emigrate to Australia. With 24 of the last 40 months spent travelling the world, it seems that my age and career break prevent me from emigrating independently to Australia. Similarly despite having a degree, an MSc, 7 years large corporation sales/marketing/commercial experience, 2nd cousins here (who cannot act as sponsors as too far removed family wise) and over $150,000 available investment funds to set up my own business, the odds are stacked against me. I cannot set up my own business if I haven't had one before in the UK. I have an MSc in IT but as I haven't been employed in that occupation it seems to count for nothing. I have used a migration agent in Sydney who was singularly useless in offering any personal advice on routes open to me. I am currently in Australia trying to find a route in - apart from sponsored employment, can anyone recommend a decent migration expert in the Brisbane area or any advice on what to do next? Red tape and points systems are driving me to distraction...
My CV is available if anyone has any connections that could help
Thanks

Helen

Met a fifty-something year old bloke, he was from South Africa. I wondered how he managed to obtain a working visa for Australia. He told me he was a naturalized Kiwi. The route he took may or may not be open to you?

If you're still in Byron Bay, say G'day to Boyd at the SurfShack (surfshackbyronbay.com) ... nope he's not a Migration Agent.
