Maybe you should try a flatshare or something, or even buy some second hand furniture when you arrive.
I can lend you a blow up bed mate !

Estate agents are usually not interested in you until you're actually in Oz. For the first couple of weeks you may want to stay in a motel or caravan park.
Good luck with your move.

I would recommend a holiday let, which will give you time to find your feet and look around.

Hi Jonny, we live Northside at Mango Hill, near North Lakes . Very central to just about everything. 30 mins to city on a good day, about an hour on a bad. Are you driving up from Sydney?

have you looked at carindale its a place we were thinking of and loved the place, lots of amenities - not much available last year though but things have changed a bit now, we are now going a lot further south probably coomera or helensvale about 50K from CBD.

Hi Johnny,
We may be able to help you, we are based on the Bayside, which is South Side. We have a self contained Apartment with use of a pool. We are located 30 minutes to Brisbane centre and 50 minutes to Gold Coast.
We offer a friendly greet service for new arrivals to Australia, having been there ourselves a short while back (approx 2 years)we understand the concerns you may be having.
No problem mailing photos, website ongoing
