Default Electricians - on arrival help please? soo confusing...

Hi

I've done a search but still confused, so sorry for bringing this old chestnut up again.

Can someone clarify what exactly my OH needs to do on arrival to be able to work/get a licence?

We've got copies of all our original TRA docs, can (where?) do we send these off to be validated again, thus getting his licence? OR

does he need to complete a course/exam? if so, how/when etc can i find more info on this.

We're looking to arrive in Perth approx Sept/Oct - just concerned if he does need to do a short course, that they may be booked up in advance, and don't want to be out of work too long.

Is it possible to arrange a job whilst in UK for an electrical firm for when we arrive? how easy is it (how) to do this?

Any help, no matter how small would be appreciated, i feel like i'm going around in circles on various websites with no success - feeling very dizzy with it all!

Cheers guys

KAREN
