Duty Free Stuff
Ok..
so when we sell the house and get out there, we expect to have many people over to visit. If we get friends to do a bit of Duty Free shopping on our behalf in the city Duty Free Shops (if we needed/wanted something), would there be a problem?
ie., if someone comes to stay with us and we get them to purchase a new camera on our behalf, then next time they get an ipod on our behalf etc.,etc., would there be a problem for that person as they go back through any customs gates with some jobs-worth 'knowing' that they'd made a duty-free purchase but not taken it home?
This question looks even more stupid now that it's written out, but I'll chance my arm and post it!!
Cheers

Seriously - I personally can't see a problem. Have you ever had to declare any Duty Free goods when leaving the country?
