Hi everybody!


Im a guy from Holland, and i have put my question on all
the Dutch immigration ( related)

sites. but NO one was able to give me useful
information or help! So i give it a go on this one.

This is my story :

Like many people from Holland and England ive been a year
in Australia on a Working holiday Visa.
I Loved it, and i met a fantastic Ozzie girl.
I ended up staying with her for five months.

Once back in the Netherlands, i (we) have organised all the
requested documents&evidence.
Im almost ready to apply for a Prospective Marriage Fiance (temporary residence) in The Hague-.

To my surprise i found out that ive breached my visa conditions
on the Working holiday visa - : i have worked for more than 3 months at the same employer, which i was NOT allowed to!!

Following problem is that ive been convicted for Drink&Drive ( payed a penalty for it) and i have done some minor `things`(no
drugs,no violence) 12 years ago.

I have declared the conviction plus the Minor `misstakes`on my
application form, but my question is now:

What should i do with the fact that ive breached my visa condition
Should i play open card, and tell them in a written letter about
this? Or keep it Quiet? Or...

Is it realy time for a migration agent?

Any advice would be realy appreaciated?

Hi. Didn't want you to be a Norman no-mates!

I'm no expert but i really think you need an immigration agency. You case doesn't sound straight foward and they will be able to tell you were you stand.

I also think they will tell you to declare you breech of visa conditions. The immigration department seem to have a way of finding these things out.

Im gonna wait a few more days before i go to an immigration agency-
There has to be at least ONE individual with `knowledge`
regarding my `Visa cancelled? problem on this crowded
forum?
