Apparently it's something you handwash your delivered in .... Can you get it here in Oz?!

Not sure what my delivereds are but according to the Proctor and Gamble web site you can get it here but I've never seen it.

I use Softly, a liquid detergent, for my delicates. I've seen UK detergents in some of the UK shops here, but never Dreft.

Will give softly a go .... Delivereds are of course autocorrected delicates!
