Thumbs up Doree Bonner part 1

After reading lots of threads on BE we decided to use Doree Bonner to ship our goods to Brisbane!.Booked company for 10am removals van arrived 9:30am with the name of KELLY'S of Newcastle on the side !! Must say we thought that they'd gettin the wrong house but how pleased we were that they HADN'T. Both guys BOB and BRIAN worked their socks of other than a few cuppas and lunch from the chippy!!Everything they did was according to our instructions and the whole escapade went as smooth as clockwork as they say.Having dismantled and competently wrapped everything most satisfactorily they then phoned head office and 40 mins later another van arrived this time from Doree Bonner (they've just bought Kellys out apparently) along with another 3 work colleagues to load all our possessions into the crate ready for the container.Once again this was done in a very methodical way and we cant express enough thanks to the people involved and the operation they run. However we do realise that this was only part 1 of the 3 part operation the other 2, crossing the water and unpacking of goods in oz still has to be accomplished but when everything is done and dusted at the other end i will be only too happy to divulge how it all went either good or bad as i believe this may well be of assistance and reassurance to other people looking for advice Bobby & Linda

Phew! - we have decided to use them - not just on the price quoted but how they have been throughout the 'quote' process...keeping in touch etc.... some companies just dont want to know!
