Default Dog failed Lepto test AGAIN!

Hey,

My partner and I are currently living in Australia, we were expecting our dog to fly at the end of January but he has failed two lepto tests. His vet thinks it could be his environment where he is living on a boat so I'm heading back in April to take him somewhere else away from water etc.

I just wanted to know if anyone had any advice on this? I had read a thread posted in 2006 about a family with the same problem so glad its not just us. But if anyone has been through the same ordeal or has any hints or tips to get his level dropped I'd be very grateful and Ru too, I'm sure he's be happy to see us both in warmer climes! Also if anyone knows when to get him tested again after he has moved to a different environment??

Thanks

I'm flying back soon and after quite a bit of research I've discovered that you can fly your pet into Germany without having to worry about tests etc, I know it wouldn't be ideal but germany is far closer than Australia.
