If you look around on http://www.aph.gov.au you will see details of all pending legislation. However the new citizenship rules won't appear until they are tabled in Parliament (which is the first formal stage of legislation - anything before that is just discussion).
Parliament sits until 10 November. You can see scheduled future sittings at:
