Do you have a RABO bank account?
...and if so, have you found the computer glitch in your statements?
I have just downloaded the statements for October for two RABO accounts and found, whichever way I entered 1st - 31st October it would only print to the 30th.
After contacting them I eventually worked out that their computer won't give out a statement when the last day of the month is a Saturday (or presumably Sunday.)
The same thing happened for May last, but I didn't pick it up (neither incidentally did my Super audit....)
Their comfuser *did* however work the interest out correctly based on 31 days so they haven't shortchanged us!

A mate of mine works for Rabo out on the Central West Slopes and does very well as it augments his income as a small farmer.
One of the best banks in Australia - or has escaped some of the issues of other banks.
