It's not the phone smuggling it could possibly be the misuse of a frequency which is needed for something else. Rules is rules and if you dont like the rules that exist here then dont come here I reckon. Puerile as they may seem to the man on the street there was obviously a reason for them. After all, it isnt as if an Aus tick phone is going to cost you an arm and a leg!
