Hi I am working on a 457 visa which is expiring in december and my employer will not sponsor me for permanent residence.

Is there any way that I can apply myself as I meet all the requirements of skilled migration , scoring a 120.

Try this question on the other forum as all the experts hang out their, its all to do with on-shore or off-shore applications quite complictated and I wouldn't want to give wrong advice but it sounds like you will be fine its just how to get the right visa for your circumstances. Good Luck.
